Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the services provided by Everlive Illustrations (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings & Deposits
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the full balance may still be payable.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any payments made (including deposits) will be refunded in full.

Event Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring suitable space and lighting for live illustration.
A table and chairs must be provided unless otherwise agreed.
If the event runs beyond the booked time, additional fees may apply.

Use of Artwork
Illustrations created at live events are intended as keepsakes for guests.
We retain the copyright to all artwork produced and may use images of the work for our portfolio, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Guests may not reproduce, sell, or use the illustrations for commercial purposes without permission.

Payments
Payments are requested via direct transfer to the bank account supplied on the invoice.
All fees must be paid in full by the agreed date.

Liability
We take great care in our work, but please note that live illustration is a creative interpretation and may not be an exact likeness.
We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from circumstances outside our control (e.g., venue access, weather, technical issues).

Changes to These Terms
We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our site.  Your use of our site, constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.  We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our site from time to time. 
Any updates will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.
